To thrive as a Traveling Assistant, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in travel planning, often supported by a background in administration or hospitality. Familiarity with travel booking platforms, itinerary management tools, and basic office software is typically required. Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities help you anticipate and address on-the-go challenges for your employer. What is a traveling assistant?

Traveling Assistants are professionals who provide support and assistance to individuals or groups while they are traveling.
