Role Description The Mental Health Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Oak Park, MI. In this position, the therapist conducts individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities to address mental health and psychosocial needs. Daily responsibilities include completing comprehensive assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating services with internal and external providers. The therapist engages in case management activities as needed, such as referrals, advocacy, and collaboration with schools, medical providers, and community agencies. The role also involves participation in clinical team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality and ethical care.


Qualifications
