Job Summary:
Entrega is a Michigan-headquartered technology professional services firm delivering enterprise solutions to global clients. The company is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery relationship across client engagements, ensuring that client commitments are delivered successfully and consistently across projects and services.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders
• Ensure delivery commitments are clearly understood and managed across engagements
• Maintain strong communication with client stakeholders regarding delivery progress and expectations
• Ensure delivery outcomes meet agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through consistent delivery performance
• Maintain visibility into delivery health across projects and engagements
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure projects remain aligned with delivery commitments
• Ensure risks and issues are identified early and addressed appropriately
• Guide delivery teams in resolving challenges that could impact delivery outcomes
• Ensure delivery work remains aligned with client expectations and engagement objectives
• Identify potential delivery challenges early
• Coordinate resolution of delivery issues across internal teams
• Communicate delivery risks and mitigation strategies to leadership when needed
• Support structured resolution of client concerns related to delivery performance
• Coordinate with delivery leadership and operational teams to ensure delivery capacity aligns with commitments
• Ensure delivery teams understand client expectations and priorities
• Maintain strong collaboration across delivery leadership, project teams, and operational partners
• Support structured planning and prioritization of delivery work
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–12+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or technology services delivery environments
• 3–5+ years in a delivery leadership role such as Service Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Delivery Manager
• Demonstrated experience managing complex client engagements and delivery relationships
• Experience overseeing delivery across multiple projects or programs simultaneously
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery models, including project-based delivery and managed services environments
• Demonstrated experience managing delivery risks, stakeholder expectations, and engagement challenges
• Experience working closely with project managers and delivery teams to ensure execution success
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with client stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required
Preferred:
• Experience supporting enterprise clients with complex stakeholder structures preferred
• PMP or similar delivery management certification preferred but not required
