Technical Delivery Manager - SPARK Automation

Job Description:

- Partner with stakeholders to meet their automation needs AND manage the stakeholder relationship
- Organize workstream and deliverables into roadmaps, timelines, and leader views
- Manage dependencies, product interlock, and other delivery issues.
- Single point of contact for delivery of Automation work. (intake, output, status)
- Hands-on keyboards contribution of Power Platform and Python where needed.
- Bring skills and training for data capabilties in SNOWFLAKE and other tools, using wider org and enterprise datasets; to expand team skillset and build documentation.
- Best practices AI utilization to accelerate delivery and problem triage (including upskill of team members)

Provides technical delivery coordination and oversight for business automation development initiatives to design, develop, deploy and sustain solutions that meet evolving business requirements. May be responsible for single technical projects of medium to high complexity, a small technical program, or a group of smaller, unrelated technical projects; manages interdependencies between projects and outside delivery efforts. Responsible for resolving issues and mitigating risks, escalating issues/risks when appropriate. Works with technical teams, which may include Ally employee and/or vendor team members, informs the team of its progress. Partners effectively with technical leaders, counterparts and business partners to present unified BDR perspective to the business. Job Responsibilities: Run, manage and sustain technology delivery projects.

Overall responsibility to ensure the program body of work is deployed successfully with highest quality. Communicate effectively with internal customer, executive management, direct reports, peers, and technology vendors. Excellent project management skills, ability to execute and deliver on multiple development projects simultaneously.

Candidates who have worked in strategy, business operations, management consulting, product organizations, transformation initiatives, or automation-enabled process improvement efforts will be particularly successful.
