  • Align supply chain activities to program needs: material availability, supplier lead times, subcontract operations, and expediting plans.
  • Partner with Production to support feasible schedules, capacity planning inputs, and clear priorities at the work center level.
  • Partner with Sales/Customer Service to ensure customer requirements, releases, and changes are reflected in execution plans.
  • Oversee execution of key customer programs to ensure commitments are met, issues are surfaced early, and delivery performance is protected.
  • Anticipate customer impacts from delays or changes and coordinate mitigation strategies to minimize disruption (e.g., partial shipments, resequencing, alternate sourcing pathways where permitted).
  • Contribute to achieving revenue and on-time delivery expectations through disciplined program execution and proactive delay mitigation.
  • Own program-level change tracking and internal coordination for customer changes (specs, prints, quantities, dates, packaging, etc.).
  • Ensure changes are evaluated cross-functionally for impact to cost, lead time, process, quality, and delivery before commitment.
  • Coordinate internal documentation updates (routers, work instructions, inspection plans, control plans as applicable) and ensure timing aligns with production.
  • Support Sales in the discovery, development, and pursuit of new business opportunities by providing technical, scheduling, and execution insights during customer engagements and proposal development.
  • Participate in customer meetings, facility visits, and technical discussions to strengthen customer relationships, build confidence in Weldaloy's execution capabilities, and support win strategies.
