Job description

The Customer Service Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Gerflor Transportation Sales team in providing excellent customer service. Our Gerflor Transportation Sales team provides flooring solutions specifically engineered to meet requirements of Bus & Coach, Rail, Aviation and Marine industries.
1. Provide daily support to the Transportation Sales Team by assisting customers and resolving inquiries promptly.
2. Assist in compiling basic reports and data to support sales performance tracking.
3. Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and timely information, including basic product and service details.
4. Enter and manage purchase orders in an ERP system, and pr ocess invoicing for the sales territory.
5. Communicate project timelines and shipping dates to customers and internal teams to ensure all deadlines are met.
6. Participate in team efforts to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
7. Attend meetings to stay informed and provide support as needed.
8. Address customer concerns professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
9. Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure alignment with service standards and team goals.
Provide cross-functional support across all Gerflor products as needed.
Requirements
We are Seeking:
โ€ข High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
โ€ข 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
โ€ข 2 years of experience with an ERP.
โ€ข Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft office with the ability to quickly learn job related software.
โ€ข Effective verbal & written communication skills.
โ€ข Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
โ€ข Solid organizational and prioritization skills
THIS IS A HYBRID OPPORTUNITY
Hourly Rate: $24.00 - 25.50 hourly
The base salary for this position may vary based on factors such as location, training, skills, and relevant experience. This position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, incentive, or commissions. Bonus or incentive programs are subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
