Job Summary: Transportation Account Executives work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.
Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 | #LI-ONSITE

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Market new and renewal business to carriers, independently and with Sales Executives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
  • Develop strategies for new business and renewals in partnership with Sales Executives
  • Prepare proposals and renewal summaries using AMS360
  • Ensure accuracy of all documentation and maintain confidentiality
  • Deliver exceptional service, including endorsements, proof of insurance, and coverage inquiries
  • Maintain detailed records in the agency management system and adhere to SOPs and best practices

Position Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and agency/carrier systems.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
