Role Description The Transportation Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Caledonia, WI. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day transportation operations, including scheduling and dispatching, load planning, routing, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of freight. The Transportation Operations Manager will monitor fleet performance, address service issues, coordinate with drivers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
