Job Description Our client is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee and manage daily trucking and transportation operations. They are a rapidly growing industrial products manufacturer that has built a strong reputation for producing durable components that support essential industrial operations across multiple sectors. This role is responsible for coordinating high-volume shipments.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple moving parts while ensuring on-time and efficient delivery. Logistics Manager Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule daily trucking operations across all shipments Manage approximately 30+ truckloads per week (2 units per truck) Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Track shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Troubleshoot and resolve transportation issues or delays in real time Optimize scheduling and routing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Maintain accurate shipment records, logs, and reporting Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies Logistics Manager Qualifications Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing schedules Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics/TMS systems is a plus Knowledge of trucking operations and freight coordination preferred #INDOMNI
