About Spanish For Entities

Spanish For Entities (SFE) is an Indiana-based B2B language training academy and authorized SIELE testing center. We deliver Spanish, English, and translation/interpretation services to companies in manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and education. Our clients range from large employers to private schools and our programs drive real, measurable results for their teams.

Spanish is a high-demand professional skill, and SFE's programs give businesses a genuine competitive edge in bilingual markets. We also offer English as a second language, and translation services.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our client base and looking for a driven, self-directed sales professional to join us on a 1099 commission basis. You set your own schedule, work your own network, and earn directly on every contract you close. No cap on earnings.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prospect B2B clients: HR departments, plant managers, school administrators, healthcare organizations
  • Represent SFE's suite of services: corporate Spanish/English training, SIELE exam administration, certified translation/interpretation
  • Schedule and conduct introductory meetings (in person or virtual)
  • Present proposals prepared by SFE leadership and follow through to contract signature
  • Maintain a pipeline and report activity weekly
  • Represent SFE professionally at networking events, chambers, and industry associations

Compensation

Commission-only | 1099 Independent Contractor

You earn a percentage of every contract you close. Commission rate is discussed and agreed upon before you begin competitive and designed to reward results. There is no cap. Active reps with a strong pipeline earn consistently.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communicator confident on the phone, in meetings, and via email
  • Self-motivated; you do not need daily supervision to produce results
  • Existing network in Indiana's business, healthcare, manufacturing, or education sectors is a major plus
  • No required to be bilingual. But, needs to be open to new languages.
  • Passion for language education and Hispanic community is a plus
