We are committed to delivering dependable, mission-focused solutions while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and customer service excellence.Position SummaryT1 Services, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Clerk to support the Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The TAP Clerk provides administrative and customer service support to ensure Service Members transitioning from military service receive timely access to TAP resources, training, workshops, and program services.This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys helping others, excels in an administrative environment, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Provide administrative support for the Transition Assistance Program (TAP).· Schedule and coordinate TAP workshops, appointments, briefings, and related program activities.· Maintain participant records and update information within Government-approved tracking systems.· Contact transitioning and retiring Service Members regarding enrollment requirements, workshop schedules, and appointments.· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.· Provide professional front desk reception services and assist customers with program-related questions.· Support workshop logistics, including classroom preparation, attendance tracking, and distribution of training materials.· Coordinate virtual training events using Microsoft Teams and other approved platforms.· Track, issue, and maintain accountability of Government-furnished equipment used in classroom environments.· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative documentation as required.· Ensure proper safeguarding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive data.· Maintain compliance with all applicable Government regulations, privacy requirements, and installation procedures.· Perform other administrative duties in support of program operations.Minimum Qualifications· Minimum six (6) months of administrative support, office administration, scheduling, data entry, or related experience.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.· Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.· Ability to obtain and maintain installation access and any required Government credentials.Preferred Qualifications· Experience supporting military, Department of Defense (DoD), or other Federal programs.· Experience coordinating training events, workshops, or group scheduling activities.· Familiarity with military culture and terminology.· Experience working in customer-facing administrative environments.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities· Administrative and clerical support· Customer service and stakeholder engagement· Scheduling and calendar management· Data entry and records management· Microsoft Office Suite proficiency· Written and verbal communication· Document management and organization· Time management and multitasking· Attention to detail and accuracy· Ability to work independently and within a team environmentWork EnvironmentWork is primarily performed in an office setting located at Hill Air Force Base.
