Position Overview
The AES Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager IV to lead a strategic analytics transformation initiative for one of our enterprise clients.
This program will convert complex contract data into actionable business intelligence through data engineering, artificial intelligence, document intelligence, analytics, and enterprise system integrations.
The selected professional will manage the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex enterprise analytics transformation program.
  • Develop integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, and decision logs.
  • Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting, and steering committee communications.
  • Coordinate technology, analytics, legal, operations, business, and vendor workstreams.
  • Partner with executive sponsors, senior leaders, technology teams, and external providers.
  • Facilitate executive presentations, workshops, status reviews, and decision-making sessions.
  • Gather, prioritize, document, and manage business requirements.
  • Lead delivery of contract analytics, AI-enabled document analysis, pricing analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Oversee enterprise data repositories, Salesforce data enrichment, system integrations, and data platforms.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, resources, vendors, contractors, and benefit tracking.
  • Develop change-management, training, communication, deployment, and adoption strategies.
  • Define success metrics and drive sustained adoption of analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • At least 7 years of program or project management experience.
  • At least 5 years leading enterprise technology, analytics, data modernization, or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs with executive visibility.
  • Strong background leading cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Expertise in governance, risk management, financial forecasting, and dependency management.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, contractors, and distributed teams.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Databricks, Salesforce, or enterprise business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience delivering AI, machine learning, data engineering, or modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of contract analytics, legal technology, document intelligence, or pricing analytics.
