Job description

Overview

THE ROLE:ย The Analyst, Business Transformation will support the Business Transformation team on key strategic projects including populating ย project plan templates, Excel analysis, PowerPoint presentations, and organizing meetings with project teams and/or senior management. This position supports the business-critical projects that are directly owned and managed by the Business Transformation team, the team may also support cross-functional business projects that directly impact profitability, member experience, and/or sales of the company.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:ย ย ย ย Provide project management support on strategic projects including developing project plans, Excel models, and PowerPoint presentations, and organizing meetings with project teams or senior management with increasing responsibility.ย ย ย ย Assist leading project teams of key business partners required to deliver project objectives.ย ย ย Provide financial and business analysis for projects and initiatives.ย ย ย Lead detailed project plans to track and communicate progress to project teams/sponsors.ย ย ย Manage project calls, meetings, schedules, and agendas.ย ย ย ย Regularly update and provide reports to project sponsor, Director, Business Transformation, and/or Executives on project progress.ย ย ย Run weekly updates with all the collaborators to ensure project deliverables are on track for completion.

WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:ย 

The Business Transformation department directly supports the Executive Committee (C-Suite) in managing, developing, and executing key transformation initiatives across all regions and business functions. This provides an opportunity to work on a vast variety of projects. Based on this team's exposure to the workings of many departments across the business, encourages innovation and proactive thinking to provide key business benefits.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:ย ย ย ย The role is required to indirectly supervise and manage the time and objectives of project team members concerning project deliverables.ย 

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:ย ย ย ย 2-4 years of experience working on project related work, such as, but not limited to: Management consulting, operational initiatives, , sales initiatives, process improvements, or broad financial analysisย ย ย Excellent project management with strong attention to detailย ย ย Structure, logic, and insight into solving business problems to provide meaningful conclusions.ย ย ย Strong analytical and organizational skillsย ย ย Communicate effectively with strong presentation skills.ย ย ย Balance multiple priorities and deadlinesย ย ย ย Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPointย ย ย Work across a variety of functions, cultures, locations, and time zones

Educationย ย ย  Bachelor's degree in related fields to business, economics, financeย
