Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Services Sales Executive to identify, acquire, and grow strategic partnerships with high-growth technology companies and AI startups across the US, with a primary focus on the Bay Area. In this hunter-focused role, you will act as the principal executive driving new business and long-term engagement, partnering with C-suite leaders and VPs of Engineering to solve their digital transformation, scaling, and infrastructure challenges.
Key Responsibilities
  • Market Penetration: Identify and capture new business opportunities within the fast-paced tech and AI ecosystem.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Build a robust sales pipeline and execute account strategies that position our services as the primary engineering partner for product development, cloud scaling, and digital transformation.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Establish trusted advisory roles with Founders, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering. Lead high-level pitches and business reviews.
  • Solution Alignment: Partner with internal Architects and Delivery Heads to structure proposals, SOWs, and technical bids that address specific client needs (e.g., Cloud Modernization, MLOps, AI implementation, and application engineering).

Required Qualifications & Background
  • Experience: 10-15+ years in professional services sales, account management, or business development within the tech services or consulting sector.
