  • Innovation & Modernization: Champion an innovation mindset, continuously identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and technical debt reduction through strategic architectural decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work intimately with business product owners, technical leads, and enterprise architects to translate business strategy into technical requirements and architectural designs.
  • Business Process Insights: Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and data flows to assess impacts, identify challenges, and guide solution design across a complex application landscape.
  • Adoption of AI: Drive the adoption of AI and automation capabilities by identifying high-value use cases and integrating scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions into the overall technology roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 8-15+ years of progressive technology experience, including at least 5 years in solution architecture, solution design, or application architecture roles, preferred.
