  • Ensure the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects

  • Work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule

  • Drive deployment and adoption of standardized execution methodologies

  • Lead compliance, audit readiness, and process maturity initiatives across business units

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and automate execution workflows

  • Partner with business and commercial leaders to improve pipeline sufficiency, growth visibility, and launch readiness

  • Monitor post-launch business performance, margin improvement, and realization of committed benefits

  • Develop accountability models and ownership structures across cross-functional stakeholders

  • Drive organizational alignment through structured communication, leadership reviews, and decision tracking

  • Develop and maintain interactive visualizations using enterprise visualization tools

  • Translate complex execution data into simple, actionable visuals for senior leadership consumption

  • Translate metrics into actionable insights driving corrective actions


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management, PMO, Product Development, NPI, or Operational Excellence.

  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional transformation initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, governance frameworks, and portfolio management.

  • Demonstrated expertise in executive stakeholder management.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, DFSS, Agile, or equivalent certification.

  • Experience with digital transformation, AI-enabled analytics, dashboard platforms, and enterprise reporting solutions.

  • Experience supporting executive operating reviews and strategic portfolio governance.
