Job Summary
The Graduation Analyst II position is responsible for, but not limited to:
Analyzing academic-programs in detail to ensure that all degree requirements have been satisfied for those undergraduate and graduate students. Determining that all paperwork has been properly submitted and approved for academic achievement.
• Ensuring academic requirements have been met for international student along with Coordinating with the International Office regarding 1-2-1 and 2-2 students' academic requirements.
• Assisting in commencement ceremonies if needed.
• Answering questions related to graduation from phone calls or email messages.
• Assisting the Graduation Center with any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Graduation Center.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree, OR a minimum of three years of work experience in higher education or related field
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge of Troy University systems such as Datatel and Degree Audit System
2. Experience in advising, admissions and transcript evaluation
