Pay Range: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

About The Role

The Transaction Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting real estate transactions from contract to closing. Each Coordinator is assigned to a dedicated group of agents and serves as an extension of their business, helping manage administrative, contractual, and compliance-related tasks with precision and care. This position allows agents to stay focused on client relationships and sales while ensuring every transaction is handled smoothly and professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Management amp; Review
  • Review contracts, disclosures, title commitments, settlement statements, and closing documents
  • Enter and maintain transaction data in company systems
  • Track and manage all contractual deadlines including earnest money, inspection, appraisal, title, due diligence, HOA, and closing deadlines
Coordination amp; Communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for agents, clients, lenders, and title companies
  • Draft and process amendments and related documentation
  • Manage DocuSign processes and communicate updates to all parties
  • Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the transaction lifecycle
Closing Coordination
  • Review settlement statements for accuracy
  • Assist with scheduling closings and final transaction details
  • Finalize compliance checks, update MLS data, and disburse files for payment
General Support
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service to assigned agents
  • Support front desk coverage, meetings, and additional administrative needs
  • Maintain brand standards, professionalism, and process accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role
QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior administrative or customer service experience
Preferred
  • Real estate, transaction coordination, or similar administrative/compliance experience
  • Knowledge of contracts, title commitments, settlement statements, and brokerage processes
  • Familiarity with Colorado real estate contracts and disclosures
  • Active Colorado Real Estate License
