Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, LLP in Houston TX is seeking to hire an enthusiastic full-time entry level Transaction Specialist to assist in the daily functions of the Finance department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and assisting in related financial accounting. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TRANSACTION SPECIALIST

As a Transaction Specialist, you are a key member of the finance department for our company. You provide transactional support to the finance function as needed, including storing payments and financial documents. With great attention to detail, you contribute to the maintenance of accounting data, processing of invoices to clients as well as providing timely and accurate payment processing. Utilizing computer-based systems, you research outstanding invoices and follow-up on client and vendor billing inquiries. Your positive attitude and flexibility with assigned responsibilities are essential to helping us accomplish our goals. Keys to success in this role include the ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College courses or working towards a degree is a plus
  • Previous office experience
  • Intermediate or Advanced Proficiency in Excel
