Position Summary

We’re looking for a driven Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close

  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans

  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities

  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules

  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly

  • Obtain the seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible

  • Coordinate home inspections, negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years minimum real estate transaction coordination (mandatory)

  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service

  • Past agent references will be checked

Preferred Qualifications
  • Florida Real Estate license

  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred

Compensation, Benefits, & ScheduleAnnual Salary

$50,000 - $65,000

Bonus

$150 bonus for every closed transaction over 25 transactions in a calendar month.
