About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate operations team.       Serve as a liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other transaction stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
Coordinate closings with title companies and lenders, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurate, and that closings are recorded in a timely manner.
Draft MLS listings and verify that all required documentation is received and accurate prior to listing properties.
Ensure contract documents and amendments meet regional and transaction-specific compliance requirements.
Monitor transaction progress and proactively address issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate, well-organized transaction files and records throughout the lifecycle of each deal.
Deliver consistent, professional communication and service to all parties involved in a transaction.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

At least 2+ years of experience in a real estate transaction coordination role or other relevant operations experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions at varying stages of the process.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience maintaining accurate and complete transaction records.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title representatives.
Proficiency with real estate software and MLS systems.
Working knowledge of regional real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying closely aligned with a broader team.
Active Real Estate license in Florida is required
