Description

We are looking for a Mergers and Acquisitions Attorneys with experience in securities and corporate transactions. Asset-based lending experience is helpful but not required. 4 + years of relevant experience needed.

  • Securities - Attorneys with 4 + years of experience working with publicly traded clients to provide counsel and handle SEC filings and reporting. Prior experience on general corporate transactional work is helpful.

Requirements:

  • Securities 

Candidates will be expected to have had a strong academic performance and excellent writing skills. Success in this role will require a comfortable knowledge of the corporate transactions, mergers or acquisitions, structuring terms of assets, loans processes and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team. 

A high level of customer service is required.
