  • Participate in internal and external deal meetings and provide updates to leadership
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle

  • Coordinate with Legal and Corporate Paralegal teams on entity formation and transaction-specific ownership structures
  • Track organizational charts, entity documentation, and required certifications for closings
Insurance amp; Lender Compliance
  • Manage insurance tracking, including policy renewals and certificate collection
  • Ensure compliance with lender requirements, including annual certifications and reporting obligations
  • Track ongoing post-closing deliverables and compliance items
Workflow amp; Process Management
  • Maintain accurate records, transaction files, and internal tracking systems
  • Manage workflows using internal tools (e.g., Monday.com, shared drives)
  • Compile final closing packages and documentation for completed transactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Required
  • 3–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, escrow, title, or transaction coordination
  • Strong understanding of real estate closings, escrow processes, and due diligence workflows
  • Experience working with lenders, title/escrow companies, and third-party vendors
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
  • Experience with real estate developers, REITs, or investment firms
  • Background in title, escrow, or real estate law firm environments
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com or Yardi
  • Experience supporting loan transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions
Education amp; Certifications
  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • California Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)
