This role is a call-center based sales training position, designed for individuals with strong sales or finance experience or an applicable college degree who want a structured path into the mortgage industry.
This is a high-impact sales training program designed to take motivated, competitive sales professionals and turn them into Wholesale Mortgage Account Executives. Our top people in this position earned 7 figures in 2025 .
If you've built success in sales or finance or just love relationship-building, and want a long-term career with real earning power, we'll teach you the mortgage side.
The role begins with an intensive, structured 90-day training program designed to set you up for long-term success.
Mortgage experience is not required, we intentionally seek intelligent, motivated professionals from outside the mortgage industry who bring strong communication skills, discipline, and sales instincts.
Requirements
90-Day Training Program (What to Expect)
During your first 90 days, you will:
  • Complete a structured onboarding and training curriculum
  • Learn wholesale mortgage fundamentals, terminology, and processes
  • Receive call-handling, systems, and workflow training
  • Shadow experienced team members
  • Gradually transition into live call handling with support and coaching
  • Build the foundation needed to succeed in a high-volume call-center environment

This training period is fully onsite and designed to prepare you for long-term growth.
Expected Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, finance, call center, or performance-based roles
  • Proven ability to work in a call center or high-call-volume environment
  • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed under pressure
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to build a long-term career
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to commute to Chandler, AZ - 5 days per week

No mortgage experience required
