Job description

We're building the compliance backbone of a fast-growing clinical diagnostics network. We need a Director of Compliance & Training who can keep us protected and our people sharp. 📋

ASAP Results is a tech-powered clinical diagnostics network built to drive lab sample volume growth and deliver faster, better patient care. We are not a lab — we are the network that makes labs grow and patients win. Our ecosystem connects phlebotomists, clinical managers, couriers, independent physicians, nurse practitioners, and patient care coordinators under one intelligent platform — and compliance is what keeps it all running clean.

This role is not just about checking boxes. You will build the compliance culture and training infrastructure that every person in our network operates from — from sign-up to specimen delivery.

What you'll own:

→ Own ASAP's full compliance program including HIPAA, CLIA, and state regulatory requirements

→ Develop compliance content and verbiage for training modules converted into online videos and assessments

→ Build training curriculum starting at the sign-up level, through the collector level, and across the full assembly line

→ Conduct regular compliance audits across the network and document findings

→ Partner with HR and Operations to ensure every team member meets compliance standards

→ Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and training accordingly

→ Serve as the primary compliance resource for all internal and external directors

What you bring:

→ 5+ years in healthcare compliance — HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, or state lab regulations required

→ Proven experience building compliance programs from the ground up

→ Strong ability to translate complex regulatory language into clear, trainable content

→ Experience developing training materials, assessments, or LMS content preferred

→ Fast-paced mindset — you are thorough without being slow

→ Excellent written communication skills — you will be writing content that becomes the standard

📍 Atlanta, GA | Hybrid | Full-Time | $85,000 - $105,000
