What You'll Do

Lead clinical quality, outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives across AAC
Conduct Clinical Excellence Rounds (monthly at each center) to support leadership development, case consultation, quality improvement, and organizational alignment
Develop training systems and leadership development programs that support clinician success
Create quality dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems that drive meaningful decision-making
Support accreditation readiness, compliance initiatives, and organizational quality standards
Partner with Executive Leadership to support growth, innovation, and scalability
Build systems that improve client outcomes, support clinicians, and strengthen organizational excellence

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:


BCBA certification for a minimum of 5 years (BCBA-D preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a Clinical Director required
Experience leading quality, training, compliance, accreditation, or organizational initiatives preferred
Strategic thinker with strong leadership, systems-development, and problem-solving skills
Passionate about improving outcomes, developing leaders, and driving clinical excellence
