Alloy Personal Training Acworth is seeking an exceptional Director of Training to become the face of our studio and a cornerstone of our local community. This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful for the people of the Acworth area who are ready to invest in their health and quality of life. As a founding leader with a growth-minded ownership group, the right person will find real room to advance as our footprint expands.

At Alloy Acworth, we are committed to delivering a premium, results-driven experience where every member feels seen, supported, and pushed to their best. You'll spend up to 10 hours per week leading small-group personal training sessions (up to 6 clients) while dedicating the majority of your time to growing our membership, deepening community roots, and leading a high-performing coaching team. This role features flexible hours and direct performance bonuses tied to studio success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Alloy Acworth — show up with energy, warmth, and credibility at every member touchpoint, community event, and partnership conversation
  • Drive studio growth — own the full sales cycle from lead to close; manage your pipeline with discipline and urgency; ramp membership to 130–150 and sustain it
  • Build a true community — foster a studio culture where members feel known, accountable to one another, and connected to something bigger; champion the "Stronger Together" spirit that defines Alloy
  • Own community marketing — plan and execute grassroots and B2B events in the Acworth area; build and maintain partnerships with local healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations
  • Deliver a premium member experience — conduct InBody assessments, lead individualized goal-setting sessions, and manage a relationship-based client model that drives retention and referrals
  • Lead and develop the coaching team — hire, onboard, train, motivate, and evaluate coaches; hold weekly staff meetings; mentor performance to maximize service quality and member satisfaction
  • Report and optimize KPIs — track, analyze, and present key metrics including membership growth, retention rate, lead conversion, and session attendance to franchise ownership; use data to identify trends and guide decisions
  • Manage studio operations — oversee day-to-day studio functions including staff scheduling, facility standards, policy compliance, and operational efficiency to ensure a consistently excellent member experience

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine passion for community impact
  • Confident, consultative sales ability
  • Lead management proficiency
  • 2–3 years of fitness management experience
  • Valid national personal training certification (strongly preferred) — NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, NESTA — or a B.A. in Kinesiology or Exercise Science
  • Strong consultation and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing business metrics and operational workflows
  • Schedule flexibility — morning, evening, and weekend availability as needed during ramp-up and ongoing operations

Tools & Tech

GoHighLevel | Mindbody | Trainerize | InBody | Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace

Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM is strongly preferred. Willingness to learn Alloy's systems is required.

Why Alloy Acworth

  • Joining as a founding team member — you'll shape the culture and standards from day one
  • Performance bonuses that directly reward your impact on studio growth and member retention
  • A proven national franchise model with world-class training, tools, and support
  • Owners who are personally invested, deeply aligned on culture, and committed to your success
  • A growing community of people who are serious about their health and ready to commit
