Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategy and Transformation to lead strategic planning and business transformation initiatives across PGA TOUR Superstore. This role will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategic projects, evaluating new growth opportunities, and partnering with senior leadership to shape the future of our business. The Director of Strategy and Transformation will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and will have a highly visible role with significant exposure to the Senior Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and a deep understanding of the retail industry. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team and help translate strategic vision into actionable plans that drive results.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Initiative Development: Identify, evaluate, prioritize strategic initiatives to support revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, innovation.
  • Business Case Development: Develop robust business cases for key initiatives, including market analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning.
  • Executive Advisory: Serve as a thought partner to the Senior Leadership Team, helping to challenge thinking, identify opportunities, mitigate risks.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with teams across merchandising, marketing, stores, e-commerce, finance to drive aligned execution on end-to-end projects.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance of key initiatives and ensure accountability for results.
  • Change Management: Support transformation programs with stakeholder engagement, change leadership, communication planning.

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Bachelors required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, and/or corporate development - preferably within retail, consumer, and/or e-commerce industries.
  • Interest in golf is preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
  • Strong financial modeling and business case development skills.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Highly collaborative and effective at influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive change.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day; variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional.
  • Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed.

Travel
  • Travel may be required based on specific projects (less than 25% of the time).
