In this role, you manage travel arrangements for clients, book reservations for travel and accommodations, and provide services to clients while they are traveling. Other types of tour coordinators organize travel and venue locations for theatrical, musical, and other entertainment performances and concerts. Your job duties include developing weekly budgets, overseeing merchandise shipments, communicating with road managers, renting the tour bus and facilitating transportation needs, and negotiating deals with venues and musicians.

How does a tour coordinator typically collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients?
