Are you a passionate restaurant leader who loves developing people, building systems, and creating exceptional training experiences? We are seeking an experienced Director of Training to join our growing organization based in Atlanta, Georgia.

This high-impact Director of Training role is responsible for driving the overall learning and development strategy for the company. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in restaurant operations along with proven experience leading training initiatives in a multi-unit environment.

What You'll Do
  • Own and continuously evolve the Management-in-Training (MIT) program.
  • Lead training efforts for new restaurant openings across the country.
  • Maintain, improve, and develop current training materials and operational resources.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to ensure consistency and execution across all locations.
  • Create engaging learning tools and programs that support long-term growth and development.
  • Travel approximately 50% to support field teams, restaurant openings, and training initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Restaurant operations leadership experience is required.
  • Previous restaurant training experience in a multi-unit environment is required.
  • Strong knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Experience developing training content, programs, and processes.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and develop leaders at every level.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and a fast-paced environment.
