ย Theย Training Specialist supports theย Training Programย by coordinating and delivering training that ensuresย employees are trained and qualified to perform manufacturing operations in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and applicable regulatory requirements.ย ย This role conducts New Hire Orientation training on GDP, ALCOA++ principles, and data integrity expectations,ย facilitatesย qualification on foundational manufacturing processes,ย supports the aseptic training program,ย andย maintainsย training records inย MasterControlย to ensure they are complete,ย accurate, and inspection ready.ย ย 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation training related to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ALCOA++ principles, and data integrity expectations.ย 

  • Coordinate and deliver instructor-led training for employees in classroom, practical, and on-the-job settings.ย 

  • Support onboarding,ย qualifications, and ongoing development of manufacturing personnel.ย 

  • Conduct hands-on qualification for foundational manufacturing activities, including line preparation and clearance, balances and scales, pH meter operation, solution preparation, material transfer, disinfecting of classified manufacturing areas, and other core manufacturing processes.ย 

  • Facilitate retraining and remediation activities whenย requiredย to address performance gaps, deviations, or compliance issues.ย 

  • Maintain training records and supporting documentation inย MasterControl, ensuring records are complete,ย accurate, and inspection ready.ย 

  • Coordinate qualification scheduling andย monitorย training and qualification completion.ย 

  • Assistย in the development and revision of training materials, qualification documents, assessments, and instructional content.ย 

  • Complete qualification to serve as the designated backup instructor for the site's three-day aseptic manufacturing training program.ย 

  • Conduct routine behavioral and procedural observations in manufacturing areas as part of the Aseptic Observation Program.ย 

  • Enter observation data into dashboards or tracking systems to support trending, analysis, and continuous improvement.ย 

  • Assistย with internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections by providing training documentation andย demonstratingย compliance with established training procedures.ย 

  • Identifyย and implement opportunities to improve training effectiveness, qualification efficiency, and employee competency.ย 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.ย 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Engineering, Scientific field, orย relatedย field preferred.ย 

  • 2+ yearsย of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, or training.ย 

  • Experience in aseptic manufacturing and contamination control.

  • Experience developing and delivering technical training preferred.ย 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
  • Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).ย 

  • Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices and ALCOA++ principles.ย 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.ย 

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.ย 

  • Ability to evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.ย 

  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels.ย 

  • Proficiencyย in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.ย 

  • Ability toย work onย flexible schedules, including off-shift and weekend support as needed.ย
