Vanessa Carlson Fitness is a luxury personal training brand led by Dr. Vanessa Carlson, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former multi-gym owner. We are expanding our virtual training team and are looking for high-energy coaches who can deliver exceptional client experiences in a structured and supportive environment.

โญ About the Role

This is a session delivery position.

You will lead one-on-one Zoom workouts for busy professionals and motivated clients across the United States using training plans created by Vanessa Carlson Fitness.

This role is ideal for:

Part-time fitness professionals

โญ Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and professional Zoom personal training sessions

Follow prescribed workout plans and coaching cues

Maintain positive client energy and accountability

Submit brief post-session notes using our app system

Encourage client feedback and satisfaction ratings

Record sessions when required for quality review

Represent the Vanessa Carlson Fitness brand with professionalism

$30 per session base pay

+$15 performance bonus when client satisfaction rating = 10/10
