What you will have an opportunity to do:

Signia Hilton Naples Beach Resort is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Development Manager to join our team. The Talent Development Manager in this role will be self-motivated and demonstrate teaching and training expertise to improve performance and efficiency. Must have experience in end-to-end training development, project management, creating and executing development programs. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects and collaborate across all levels of the human resources office operations. The Talent Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing the resort's talent management, learning, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies. This role partners with department leaders to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and career growth. The Talent & Development Manager ensures associates receive the training, coaching, and development necessary to deliver world-class guest experiences that reflect the standards of a luxury resort.

Responsibilities
  • Improve learning gaps and talent readiness
  • Partner with leaders across department for training compliance
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs for all levels of the operation
  • Develop service excellence, leadership, compliance, and technical training programs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and operational performance metrics
  • Maintain annual training calendars and ensure required compliance training is completed
  • Create and update job aids, toolkits, and training materials as needed
  • Manage learning platforms (courses, enrollments, learner support, completion reporting)
  • Facilitate and/or host group training sessions
  • Align Mosaic Learning Center offerings to individual development needs
  • Identify development opportunities and recommend tools and solutions
  • Improve department processes to increase efficiency
  • Create and manage leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Support executive leadership in identifying and developing high-potential talent.
  • Coordinate mentoring and cross-training initiatives across departments.
  • Train managers on effective performance coaching and feedback techniques
  • Ensure training programs support brand standards, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain accurate training records
  • Assist with non-training related human resources tasks including but not limited to recruitment
Qualifications
  • Hilton experience preferred
  • Two years’ experience at a luxury hotel or resort
  • Experience in a Forbes 4- or 5-Star property strongly preferred
  • College education required; degree in hospitality, hotel or human resources management or business administration preferred
  • Excellent computer proficiency; experience in Workday, Excel, Outlook, Canva and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Spanish or Creole speaker preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods
