We are currently seeking a Junior AI Training & Enablement Associate - Remote US to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Junior AI Training & Enablement Associate

We are looking for a Junior AI Training & Enablement Associate to support the adoption of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other GenAI platforms across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of AI concepts and a passion for helping others learn and adopt new technologies. This role will assist in training employees, creating learning materials, and supporting AI-driven productivity initiatives within the company.

Key Responsibilities

AI Training & Enablement

  • Assist in delivering training sessions, workshops, and demos on tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI solutions
  • Support onboarding programs focused on AI adoption for employees
  • Help simplify AI concepts and use cases for non-technical users

Content Development

  • Create and maintain training materials such as:
    • User guides
    • Quick reference documents
    • Video tutorials
    • FAQs and knowledge articles
  • Develop practical use cases and prompts for business scenarios

User Support & Adoption

  • Provide first-level support for AI-related queries from employees
  • Help troubleshoot basic issues related to AI tools
  • Collect feedback from users and suggest improvements

Research & Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in Generative AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, and enterprise AI tools

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $61,582 - $100,625. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

 

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. 

 

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
