Master Trainer & Territory Development Manager 
Train Clients. Lead Trainers. Build Partnerships. Grow Your Career.
GYMGUYZ NW Washington is seeking an experienced fitness professional ready to combine hands-on coaching with leadership, sales, partnerships, and territory growth.
This is a player-coach role. You will continue training clients while mentoring trainers, building partnerships, generating new business, and helping grow an assigned territory.
COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY
• $50–$55 per completed client assessment or training session
• $30 per approved hour for leadership and business-development work
• Potential advancement to $35 per approved hour as a full Territory Manager
• 5% commission on qualifying initial consumer package sales
• Progressive B2B commissions up to 8%
• Partnership and renewal incentives
• Quarterly performance bonuses up to $750 following advancement
• Flexible, part-time schedule of approximately 10–20 hours per week progressively increasing based on performance/business needs.

PROGRESSIVE B2B COMMISSION

• 3% on the first $15,000 in qualifying collected monthly B2B revenue
• 5% on the portion above $15,000 through $30,000
• 8% on the portion above $30,000

Each percentage applies only to the revenue within that tier.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Client Training & Leadership
• Conduct assessments and consultations
• Deliver private, semi-private, group, and B2B training
• Develop individualized fitness programs
• Support client retention, renewals, referrals, and satisfaction
• Mentor trainers in programming, assessments, communication, and service delivery
• Help maintain consistent service and safety standards
Sales & Territory Growth
• Generate B2C and B2B opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach
• Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, assessments, and sales conversations
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Help move opportunities from initial contact through closing and onboarding
Community Partnerships
• Develop relationships with businesses, schools, senior communities, residential communities, healthcare organizations, athletic programs, and local organizations
• Generate corporate wellness, school, senior, and community-programming opportunities
• Represent GYMGUYZ at networking events and community initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, sports performance, or a related field
• Leadership, coaching, mentoring, or staff-development experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence conducting consultations and sales conversations
• Willingness to prospect, network, follow up, and ask for the sale
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Nationally accredited personal training certification or ability to obtain one within 12 weeks of hire
PREFERRED
• Degree in exercise science, kinesiology, business, or a related field
• B2B sales, partnership development, or community engagement experience
• Experience leading trainers or developing fitness programs
