MASTER TRAINER & TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITIES
This position offers multiple ways to earn:
$50-$55 per completed client assessment or training session
$30-$35 per approved hour for leadership, territory-development, and business-development responsibilities
• 5% commission on qualifying initial consumer package sales
• Progressive B2B commissions up to 8%

• Quarterly territory-performance bonuses of up to $750 following advancement

SCHEDULE
Part-time, flexible schedule of approximately 10-20 hours per week, based on client demand and business needs. No minimum number of weekly hours is guaranteed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
TRAIN CLIENTS AND DELIVER RESULTS
• Conduct client assessments, consultations, and reassessments

• Evaluate program quality, client outcomes, and opportunities for improvement
SUPPORT TERRITORY OPERATIONS
• Assist with trainer scheduling, service coverage, and client concerns
• Support equipment accountability, maintenance, rotation, and inventory
• Maintain accurate reporting on assessments, sales activity, partnerships, programs, and territory performance
• Collaborate with ownership on staffing needs, territory priorities, and growth opportunities
• Assist with local events, field marketing, and community visibility

COMPENSATION
This position uses a blended compensation structure based on the responsibilities performed.
CLIENT ASSESSMENT AND TRAINING COMPENSATION
• Client assessment or reassessment: $50
• Private training session: $50
• Semi-private session with two clients: $52
• Semi-private session with three or four clients: $53
• Group class with five or more clients: $55

Session eligibility, attendance, cancellation treatment, and documentation requirements are governed by applicable GYMGUYZ NW Washington policies.
LEADERSHIP AND BUSINESS-DEVELOPMENT PAY
The starting rate for approved territory development, business development, program development, trainer support, meetings, required training, and administrative responsibilities is:
$30 per approved hour
Following a successful performance review and formal written advancement into full Territory Manager responsibilities, the hourly rate may increase to:
$35 per approved hour
Advancement and the increased hourly rate are based on demonstrated performance and are not automatic.
CONSUMER SALES COMMISSION
Earn 5% of qualifying collected revenue from approved initial consumer training packages personally assessed and closed by the employee, or otherwise assigned and attributed by ownership.
PROGRESSIVE B2B COMMISSION
Earn progressive commission on qualifying collected monthly B2B revenue:
• 3% on the first $15,000
• 5% on the portion above $15,000 through $30,000
• 8% on the portion above $30,000

The B2B commission structure is progressive, not retroactive. Each percentage applies only to the portion of qualifying collected revenue within that tier.
ADDITIONAL INCENTIVE OPPORTUNITIES
Eligible employees may also earn:
• A $250 strategic-partnership bonus for a qualifying owner-approved referral or channel partnership
• A 2% commission on qualifying assigned renewal revenue
• Quarterly Territory Manager performance bonuses of:
• $250 for meeting established performance standards
• $500 for exceeding established performance standards
• $750 for achieving exceptional performance standards

Quarterly incentives become available only after formal advancement to full Territory Manager responsibilities and satisfaction of applicable revenue, account-development, pipeline, client-retention, reporting, service-quality, and compliance requirements.
All commissions and incentives are based on qualifying collected revenue and are subject to approval, documentation, attribution, eligibility requirements, and the applicable written compensation and commission plans.
Hours, clients, sales, contracts, commissions, bonuses, and total earnings are not guaranteed.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, fitness programming, sports performance, or a related field
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, or staff-development experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Confidence conducting client consultations and sales conversations
• Willingness to prospect, network, follow up consistently, and ask for the sale
• Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills
• Ability to balance client service, sales, leadership, and administrative responsibilities
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling systems, and CRM platforms
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Current CPR/AED certification
• A nationally accredited personal training certification or the ability to obtain one within 12 weeks of hire
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's or master's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, health and human performance, physical education, business, or a related field
• Experience with B2B sales, partnership development, organizational presentations, or community engagement
• Experience leading trainers, coaches, interns, or other fitness professionals
• Experience developing curricula, programs, or scalable training systems
