Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management Strategy & Transformation: Develop and champion an enterprise-wide vision for integrated risk management across diverse stakeholder teams. Conduct comprehensive current-state and future-state assessments, identifying gaps and recommending scalable solutions for risk identification, assessment, mitigation, escalation, and reporting. Establish strategies to foster risk awareness and data-driven decision-making, while developing executive-level presentations, strategy documents, process maps, and transformation roadmaps.
* Organizational Change Management & Training: Facilitate the successful rollout of new initiatives across a large global organization through targeted onboarding, awareness campaigns, and comprehensive training programs. Lead stakeholder alignment workshops and change impact assessments, driving grassroots adoption by collaborating directly with project teams and regional stakeholders. Manage administrative activities related to training and alignment sessions, including scheduling and feedback capture.
* Risk Analytics, Reporting & Governance: Analyze risk data across projects, regions, and portfolios to identify trends, escalation points, and potential business impacts. Develop advanced dashboards and reporting mechanisms to support risk appetite monitoring and tolerance tracking. Produce monthly and weekly executive reports on risk metrics, trends, mitigation activities, and governance progress. Support the establishment of robust risk management rhythm of business processes and governance frameworks, providing actionable insights from diverse datasets.
* Program & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships across cross-functional project and business teams within a highly matrixed environment. Lead weekly status reviews, two-week look-ahead planning, and program execution reporting. Collaborate with leadership teams to align risk management goals, transformation objectives, and execution priorities, operating independently while effectively communicating with senior leaders and global stakeholder groups.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in Risk Management, Organizational Change Management, Program Management, or Business Transformation roles.
* Strong expertise in enterprise risk management frameworks, compliance-driven environments, and large-scale capital project delivery.
* Proven experience developing and implementing Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies, stakeholder communication plans, and training programs.
* Experience creating process documentation, future-state process maps, governance models, and transformation roadmaps.
* Strong analytical skills with experience performing trend analysis, risk reporting, and escalation management.
* Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and executive reporting dashboards.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently within complex, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organizations.
* Ability to synthesize ambiguous information into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • PMI-RMP, AACE, Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent certification.
* Experience supporting Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), infrastructure, or large-scale data center programs.
* Knowledge of risk appetite models, tolerance frameworks, and governance reporting structures.
* Experience working within enterprise digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
* Background in compliance-driven or highly regulated business environments.
