Job Summary
  • High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.

This Person Can Expect:

  • To assist the General Manager in achieving high-level sales goals week over week
  • To be poised when meeting & interacting with professional athletes, youth athletes, adult athletes, etc...and must provide the same world-class experience to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in the door.

Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
  • Nurturing leads through the sales process.
  • Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
  • Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
  • Assisting with member progress check-ins
  • Setting up new memberships in the POS system
  • Collecting and processing payments
  • Providing front desk sales and information
  • Assisting with special events
  • Assisting with social media & marketing content

Qualifications
  • Can out-sell anyone in the room & loves it
  • Knowledge of gym and retail operations
  • Positive and energetic personality with a "can do" attitude
  • Must be proficient in technology applications
  • Must be a high-energy individual
  • 1+ years in sales preferred
  • 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry preferred
