Job description

The Development Services Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Development Department.

This position helps maintain records, coordinate communications and logistics, and supports efforts to advance the agency’s development goals and mission.

Associate's degree or 60 credits in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Plus 1-2 years of administrative, development, fundraising or nonprofit experience preferred.

Proficiency with donor databases/CRMs such as Raiser's Edge preferred.

Must be available to work evenings and weekend hours as needed.

Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and a good driving record
