Trailer Sales Specialist:
We are seeking an ambitious, goal-smashing sales professional to join our team selling new and used trailers!
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and will jump at every opportunity to share that joy with potential trailer buyers—be it face-to-face, via phone, email, social media, etc. Each prospect will be met with a professional yet down-to-earth desire to get them into the trailer of their dreams! Good listeners and problem solvers go far here!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Completes calls on prospective customers and assigned accounts.
  • Identifies and profiles prospective customers; develops and applies strategy necessary to obtain trailer sales.
  • Maintains contact with customers about their requirements; keeps current on market and customer trends.
  • Tracks and retains records and creates reports on all phases of activities.
  • Meet and greet customers on the lot, demo trailers, and finalize sales.
  • Offers company services available to customers.
  • Stays well-informed about new products and other general information that may interest customers, which will assist in sales efforts.
  • Coordinates with parts and service departments to achieve full market penetration.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the General manager.

Qualifications:
  • Trailer Sales Experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proven Sales Background.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM program is a plus.
  • Good leadership abilities and the willingness to learn.
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
