We are looking for a highly motivated Trailer Parts Sales Professional who takes pride in helping customers, enjoys learning the trailer industry, and wants to grow with a company focused on becoming the best in the business.

Our Parts Department plays a critical role in supporting our customers and service operations. This position is much more than simply selling parts — it is about building relationships, solving problems, and helping keep our customers on the road and working.

What You’ll Do

As a Trailer Parts Sales Professional, you will educate customers and sell parts for:

  • Utility Trailers
  • Gooseneck Trailers
  • Enclosed/Cargo Trailers
  • Equipment Trailers
  • Dump Trailers
  • Hotshot Trailers

You will also develop knowledge and understanding of trailer systems and components including:

  • Trailer Brakes
  • Hydraulics
  • Wiring
  • Suspension Components
  • Axles & Bearings
  • Lighting & Electrical Systems
  • Trailer Accessories and more

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Parts Sales

  • Assist internal and external customers in person and over the phone
  • Help customers identify the correct trailer parts and accessories for their needs
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge
  • Prepare parts quotes and determine parts availability
  • Place and receive parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Support trailer service operations with internal parts requests

Inventory & Operations

  • Maintain organized inventory and professional product displays
  • Stock inventory and assist with merchandising
  • Match invoices and packing slips for accuracy
  • Assist with receiving and organizing incoming shipments
  • Utilize business systems and computer programs efficiently

Team Support

  • Assist with deliveries when needed
  • Adapt to changing responsibilities as business needs evolve
  • Support overall dealership operations and team success
  • Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude at all times

  • Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in parts sales or related industries is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, reach, push, and pull as needed
  • Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
