Job Summary
We are looking for an Truck & Trailer Parts Manager to join the team at our busy auto parts center. If you are a mechanically-inclined Trucking professional with strong management and communication skills, we want to hear from you.
As the Truck & Trailer Parts Manager, you will be responsible for duties ranging from managing tracking inventory. You will use your negotiation skills to secure the best prices on inventory and ensure a consistent balance between supply and demand. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and have in-depth knowledge of automotive parts.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent inventory levels of parts to ensure truck & trailer repairs and sales can move forward without delay.
  • Record and track truck & trailer parts sales and repair work
  • Maintain Truck parts warranty information
  • Provide assistance, when necessary, with promotions or marketing efforts to increase sales
  • Ensure all parts ordered meet the quality standards of the company
  • Secure best available pricing on truck & trailer parts using strong negotiation and communication skills
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in truck or trailer repair, truck parts sales is required
  • Management experience is preferred
