Spearfish Equipment is expanding and seeking an experienced equipment salesman to join our team following the award of a new full-line Bobcat franchise. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a strong Bobcat dealership in the region, serving customers with industry-leading compact and construction equipment.

About the Role

As an equipment salesman, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Bobcat dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding customers through the purchasing process of Bobcat equipment and attachments
  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of all makes and models in our inventory
  • Generating and following up on sales leads to close deals
  • Completing sales documentation, including quotes, credit applications, and transaction paperwork
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Supporting customers both in-person and through digital channels
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the dealership

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:
