The Opportunity:
As a District Sales Manager, you will oversee a sales territory of existing dealers across Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico, while driving aggressive channel growth in the Snowmobile and Off-Roads segments. You'll play a key role in building dealer relationships, driving sales, and expanding market presence for ARGO and Arctic Cat.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and support a network of dealers across Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico.
• Drive distribution channel growth, recruiting and signing industry leading dealers in key markets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow retail sales and market share.
• Serve as primary liaison between dealers and the company; ensure alignment on goals, policies, and programs.
• Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and dealer performance; recommend solutions to maximize results.
• Support dealer training, events, and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and fuel customer engagement.
• Provide accurate forecasting and territory reporting to leadership.
• Travel extensively throughout the territory to visit dealers and attend events. Expected travel: 80%.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of sales or territory management experience, preferably in powersports, automotive, or related industries.
• Must reside within the territory of Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, possess strong knowledge of the region, and be able to travel extensively.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong, valued business relationships.
• Innate drive for results, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Passion for the off road or outdoor recreation is a strong asset.
