Job description

Fuel Powersports is growing fast, and we’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in West Bend, Wisconsin. As one of the fastest-growing powersports dealerships in the Midwest, Fuel Powersports offers a state-of-the-art facility, a wide lineup of leading brands, and a fun, fast-paced environment where great service and strong teamwork matter. We sell and service motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, scooters, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft, giving customers exciting ways to ride and explore.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll help customers find the right powersports vehicle and create a buying experience that is welcoming, informative, and memorable. You’ll build relationships, learn our product lineup inside and out, and guide customers from their first questions through delivery and follow-up. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, values excellent customer service, and wants to grow in the powersports industry.

What You’ll Do

· Welcome customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.

· Learn and confidently present our lineup of vehicles, products, programs, and services.

· Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.

· Deliver an exceptional experience from first contact through final delivery.

· Follow established sales processes and maintain accurate customer records and traffic logs.

· Coordinate with Sales Managers and introduce customers to the Service Department to reinforce long-term value.

· Keep the showroom clean, organized, visually appealing, and ready for customers.

· Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

· Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and sales training.

· Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.

What You Bring

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· A positive attitude, professional presence, and a strong desire to grow in sales.

· Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software.

· Good time management, organization, and follow-through.

· Basic math and problem-solving skills.

· Previous sales, retail, automotive, or powersports experience is a plus.

· Passion for powersports and enthusiasm for helping customers is strongly preferred.

· Ability to stand, walk, and interact with customers throughout the day, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

This position is based in West Bend, WI, with a Tuesday through Saturday work week.
