Job description

Service Technician for an established Case IH dealership.

The ideal candidate is an experienced troubleshooter with strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, engine, and drivetrain systems, capable of diagnosing and repairing issues efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair agricultural and construction equipment.
  • Document repair notes including customer information, equipment details, serial numbers, and operating hours.
  • Provide guidance to customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Utilize the dealer portal to access technical information, manuals, and service updates.
  • Ensure accurate parts ordering to complete repairs efficiently.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Automotive or Diesel Certifications are a plus.
  • Proficient in computer use and diagnostic software.
  • Prior experience repairing agricultural or construction equipment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
