And we seek like minded individuals to join our growing team. We are seeking a Case IH Service Writer to join our Service Team.

Job Description

A Service Writer at Sioux International is responsible for completing service tickets via Dealer Management Software accurately and in accordance with the dealership’s best practices, and in the case of warranty claims in accordance with the necessary manufacturer requirements. A service writer will also assist the Service Manager with routing customer calls, scheduling, and complaints. Also help route and schedule service technicians.

  • 60k - 100k annual, based on prior experience
  • Quarterly performance bonuses

  • Yearly pay raises based on performance and cost of living raises.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes service tickets accurately and timely
  • Submit manufacturer warranty claims
  • Stay up to date on all manufacturer warranty processes
  • Maintain failed parts inventory and send back requested parts
  • Start and assign tickets for technicians
  • Take overflow calls from Service Manager
  • Complete other projects assigned by the Service Manager or General Manager

Qualifications

  • High School or better
  • Experience as a Service Writer or in Parts a Plus
  • Ability to use CNH Parts eWarranty application
  • Basic Parts and Machinery knowledge
  • Basic computer skills (data entry/keyboarding, Office, etc.)
