Join our dedicated team as a full-time Diesel Service Technician—an ideal role for an experienced professional with advanced diagnostic expertise in equipment maintenance and repair, who values teamwork and is committed to delivering high-quality service with professionalism and integrity. This role requires strong independent problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and the ability to take ownership of complex repairs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on a variety of farm equipment
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag system repairs
  • Independently analyze equipment issues and determine effective repair solutions
  • Support and mentor junior technicians as needed, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
  • Follow service schedules while managing workflow efficiently and accurately
  • Document work performed in detailed reports and work orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools, electronic parts catalogs, and technical resources to support repairs
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to provide a seamless customer experience

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of agricultural or heavy equipment

  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems

Requirements:
