Job description

Position Summary 

The Marketing Manager owns the day-to-day execution of our consumer-facing marketing programs, with primary responsibility across three key pillars: e-commerce fulfillment, trade show execution, and consumer relations. This role is part brand and part operator, translating brand goals into smooth, on-time, on-brand experiences for our customers, consumers & retail partners. 

Key Responsibilities 

E-Commerce Fulfillment 
• Manage a team to support end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment, ensuring accurate, timely, and on brand shipments to consumers, internal team members and customers. 
• Partner with internal partners to monitor inventory, shipping performance, and packaging quality. 
• Adjust and support our internal teams as needed to existing orders to ensure accurate tracking and execution. 
• Track and report on e-commerce KPIs (fulfillment me, return rate) and recommend improvements. 

Trade Show Execution 
• Plan & execute trade shows, including logistics, juice orders, staffing, lead retrievals and additional materials. 
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, shipping of materials, travel coordination on, and post-event ROI reporting. 
• Develop sales collateral, samples, giveaways, and demo experiences that reinforce the Perricone Farms & Natalie’s brands. 
• Capture leads at events and ensure timely hand-off to sales for follow-up.

Consumer Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for consumer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across email and phone channels.  
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and urgency while identifying recurring themes to inform product and marketing improvements. 
• Build and maintain consumer communications on templates, FAQs, and response guidelines. 
• Follow processes around quality, escalation, sales lead routing and more.

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marke ng, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 3–5+ years of customer service or marketing experience, ideally in CPG, food & beverage, or a consumer brand environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations, trade show logistics, and/or consumer facing communications. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to be flexible to help drive solutions for our internal and external teams. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications on skills with a customer-first mindset. 
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar), CRM tools like Zendesk, and Microsoft Office. 
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry events (approximately 20% of the time).
