Le ou la Partenaire Total Rewards agit comme conseiller(ere) aupres des dirigeant(e)s senior des cinq grandes fonctions de Unity (Grow & AI, Developpement/Produit, COO, G&A ou Ventes & Marketing) et fait partie integrante du trio People, aux cotes de Strategie de talents et Acquisition de talents. Dans ce role, vous collaborez etroitement avec les dirigeant(e)s fonctionnel(le)s senior pour concevoir, mettre en place et livrer les programmes de remuneration et de planification des effectifs de Unity. On vous fera confiance pour travailler avec un haut niveau d'autonomie et de jugement, en tirant parti au besoin de l'expertise centralisee en recompenses, tout en appliquant vos connaissances avancees en remuneration, vos analyses du marche et votre comprehension des enjeux d'affaires pour que les programmes de Unity demeurent concurrentiels, equitables et alignes sur les priorites de chaque fonction.

Ce que vous allez faire

  • Collaborer etroitement au sein du trio afin d'assurer une communication fluide et un alignement constant, tout en agissant comme conseiller(ere) principal(e) aupres des leaders fonctionnel(le)s pour la remuneration et la planification des effectifs, y compris pour l'orientation sur les programmes de remuneration et les investissements dans la main-d'uvre.
  • Participer aux rencontres de direction de la fonction (comites de direction, rencontres hors site, QBR) en tant que membre integre du trio de direction des talents.
  • Conseiller sur les questions de remuneration liees aux embauches, promotions, retention, reorganisations et transformations d'affaires, jusqu'au niveau de vicepresident(e) principal(e) (SVP), en veillant a l'alignement avec la philosophie et la gouvernance de Unity.
  • Interpreter et appliquer l'architecture des postes, les echelles salariales, les cadres de reattribution d'actions et les programmes de reconnaissance de facon pertinente pour les activites, en s'appuyant sur les equipes centralisees de Remuneration et d'Actions lorsque des connaissances plus pointues sont necessaires.
  • Suivre l'evolution du marche, les pratiques de remuneration, la rapidite des promotions et les tendances en matiere de reconnaissance; signaler les risques et recommander des ajustements aux equipes fonctionnelles et a la direction Total Rewards.
  • Faciliter et administrer les cycles de remuneration et les programmes hors cycle, en apportant le contexte d'affaires aux decisions d'investissement et aux discussions de calibration.
  • Fournir une retroaction structuree aux equipes centralisees de Remuneration et d'Avantages sociaux sur l'efficacite des programmes, les cas particuliers et les besoins d'affaires en evolution.
  • Utiliser l'Analyste en remuneration - Programmes et soutien Total Rewards pour les analyses complexes et les projets specifiques, et veiller a une utilisation efficace des ressources de soutien.
  • Maintenir des connaissances a jour sur les programmes Total Rewards de Unity et sur les tendances du marche pertinentes grace a une collaboration continue avec les equipes centralisees.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Posseder une experience concrete en remuneration, recompenses ou consultation en Total Rewards, idealement dans un milieu technologique ou en forte croissance.
  • Demontrer la capacite de conseiller les dirigeant(e)s d'affaires sur la strategie de remuneration, les decisions salariales et les tendances du marche.
  • Maitriser ou connaitre la tarification de marche, l'administration de plans incitatifs/bonis ou de programmes d'actions; demontrer la capacite d'apprendre rapidement et de se developper dans des domaines plus avances au besoin.
  • Detenir de fortes competences analytiques, en utilisation de tableurs et en communication; une experience avec Workday, Pave ou des systemes similaires est un atout.

The opportunity
The Total Rewards Partner serves as an advisor to senior leaders within one of Unity's five business functions (Grow & AI, Engineering/Product, COO, G&A, or Sales & Marketing) and is a core member of the People "Trio" alongside Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will partner closely with senior functional leaders to design, implement, and deliver Unity's compensation and headcount planning programs. You will be trusted to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, leveraging centralized rewards expertise as needed, while applying your knowledge of advanced compensation, market insights, and business acumen to ensure Unity's programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with functional priorities.

What you'll be doing

  • As part of the "Trio," partner closely to ensure seamless communication and alignment while serving as the primary advisor to functional leaders on compensation and headcount planning, including guidance on pay programs and workforce investments.
  • Participate in functional leadership meetings (staff, offsites, QBRs) as an embedded member of the Talent Leadership Trio
  • Advise on compensation matters for hires, promotions, retention, reorganizations, and business transformations up to and including SVP, ensuring alignment to Unity's philosophy and governance
  • Interpret and apply job architecture, salary ranges, equity refresh frameworks, and recognition programs in a business-relevant way, leveraging centralized Compensation and Equity teams where deeper expertise is required
  • Monitor market trends, pay practices, promotion velocity, and recognition patterns; surface risks and recommend course corrections to function and Total Rewards leadership
  • Facilitate and administer compensation cycles and off-cycle programs, bringing business context to investment decisions and calibration discussions
  • Provide structured feedback to centralized Compensation and Benefits teams on program effectiveness, edge cases, and evolving business needs
  • Utilize the Compensation Analyst - Programs & Total Rewards Enablement for complex, project-based analyses and ensure efficient use of support resources
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unity's Total Rewards programs and relevant market developments through ongoing partnership with centralized teams

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience in compensation, rewards, or total rewards consulting, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and market trends
  • Familiarity with market pricing, incentive/bonus plan administration, or equity programs; ability to learn and scale quickly into advanced areas as needed
  • Strong analytical, spreadsheets, and communication skills; experience with Workday, Pave, or similar systems preferred
