Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Analyst, Total Rewards supports QVC, reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, and helps deliver the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. In this role, you'll partner across Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to help ensure total rewards programs are competitive, compliant, equitable, and aligned with business needs.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking using market data and internal job architecture to help assess market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Support the administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, recognition, and other employee benefit programs
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for program enhancements
  • Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonus planning, salary structure updates, and budget modeling
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven support on compensation and benefits matters

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR operations, finance, or a related field
  • Experience supporting recurring compensation or benefits cycles such as merit planning, bonus planning, open enrollment, benefits renewals, or wellness programs
  • Experience using HR systems such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage data integrity, audits, and process-driven work
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
