Our client is seeking a Technology Strategy Analyst to partner with business leaders and translate organizational needs into innovative technology solutions. This role evaluates current systems, identifies opportunities for improvement, and supports digital transformation efforts across multiple business units. Ideal for a highly analytical, process-focused individual who is hungry to learn and comfortable working with executives.


Responsibilities

• Partner with SVPs and business line leaders to understand workflows, priorities, and technology needs.

• Conduct digital maturity assessments and evaluate existing tools and platforms.

• Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance systems for efficiency and scalability.

• Monitor industry trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes; summarize insights for executive audiences.

• Support technology reviews, vendor evaluations, and due diligence with cross-functional teams.

• Assist with project planning, requirements gathering, cost-benefit analyses, and RFP development.


Requirements

• 3–5+ years in IT, business analysis, or a related role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS, CS, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong skills in data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.

• Executive presence and strong communication skills.

• Experience with tools like JIRA, AdaptiveWork, and PowerBI.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

• Must reside within the operating area.
