Apiiro

Job description

What We're About

Apiiro is the Agentic AppSec Platform built to transform how development teams design, develop, and deliver secure software. Powered by Deep Code Analysis, we give security and engineering teams the risk context they need to ship fast without cutting corners. As pioneers in ASPM, we're not just keeping up with the AI era. We're defining what secure development looks like inside it.

About the Team

Our Customer Success team owns the post-sale relationship from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Working directly with security leaders, AppSec practitioners, and engineering teams, we ensure customers realize measurable value from Apiiro's platform - not just at launch, but across the full lifecycle. Our customers are navigating the fastest shift in software development in decades: AI coding assistants and autonomous agents are multiplying development velocity - and risk - inside their organizations. This role exists because our customer base is growing, and the complexity of what they're solving demands a dedicated strategic partner to guide them in securing AI-driven development.

What You Will Do
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Drive adoption and value realization by connecting Apiiro's capabilities to each customer's specific security outcomes.
  • Lead executive business reviews and success planning sessions with CISOs, AppSec leaders, and security engineers.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and develop expansion opportunities within your accounts.
  • Guide customers through securing AI-assisted and agentic development - helping them understand and govern the risks introduced by AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and autonomous agents across their SDLC.
  • Drive adoption of Apiiro's agentic capabilities - including AutoFix Agent and Guardian Agent - helping customers move from detection to prevention and autonomous remediation of risks in AI-generated code.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally - surfacing actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering on complex technical questions, integrations, and deployments.
  • Proactively identify account risk and build targeted action plans to mitigate churn before it materializes.
What You're About
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management - ideally in Application security or DevSecOps.
  • Strong familiarity with the SDLC and developer tooling: SCM, CI/CD, ticketing systems, container environments.
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations with engineers and business conversations with executives, often in the same week.
  • Track record of managing enterprise accounts with demonstrated success in retention and expansion.
  • Proactive, organized communicator who keeps multiple stakeholders aligned without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Experience with AppSec tooling - SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets detection, or similar - is a plus.
  •
