Lane Forest Products is seeking a Retail Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team in Eugene. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and hands-on who can help grow our brand, support sales, and connect with both retail and business customers in meaningful ways. With over 220 employees, we’re proud to serve homeowners, contractors, landscapers, nurseries, and commercial customers with high-quality landscape materials and organic products throughout our region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to make a real impact in a well-respected local company.

What you’ll do

  • Management of the marketing department.
  • Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing, including social media, email, website content, and advertising.
  • Partner with sales and leadership to support growth and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Share the Lane Forest story through consistent branding and community-focused marketing.
  • Support content development, vendor coordination, outreach events and brand consistency across locations and customer touchpoints.
  • Merchandising product lines.

What we’re looking for

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or and sales and marketing.
  • Strong experience with authentic digital marketing, content creation, campaign planning, and brand development.
  • Experience managing social media, email marketing, website content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Graphic design experience plus working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be an asset.
  • Experience in landscape supply, nursery, agriculture, outdoor products, retail, or related industries an asset.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
