This is a long term REMOTE contract role with our fortune 100 life science client, we have been working with them for over 20 years and you will be joining our team of 50+ professionals.

Brand Strategist / Content Strategist / Internal Communications Consultant

This team helps employees understand and engage with performance, development, leadership, and organizational initiatives through strategic communications, content, branding, and employee experience approaches.

Role Overview

This is a strategic communications role focused on shaping messaging and content for enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong strategist who can simplify complex topics, build compelling narratives, and influence stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Messaging

  • Determine what should be communicated, not just how to communicate it.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, narratives, positioning, naming conventions, and content structures.
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape communication strategies.

Simplify Complex Topics

  • Translate complex programs, processes, and digital experiences into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.
  • Make enterprise information accessible and relevant to employees.

Brand & Engagement Focus

  • Apply brand and audience engagement principles to internal communications.
  • Create campaign-style messaging that is memorable and impactful.
  • Maintain consistent voice and messaging across channels.

Cross-Functional Content Leadership
